The economic matrix of any society is always dependent on the prevailing circumstances at the corner. In a recession bound economy, it is always advisable for civil servants to think twice on the issue of what career to hinge ones hope on. Expert advise that individuals should aspire to shift into recession-proof quadrant of the economy. Workers should find a way to make themselves indispensable for their employer as to secure their jobs by upgrading career portfolio. It is most advisable to build up new skills that can stand the adverse economy. This is because during recession companies are looking for solution to parachute their profit and retain their market niche so, anyone who can proffer a solution is a good bet for this harsh economy.

Back here in Nigeria where the economy has recorded an outstanding achievement in the macro-economy sector, yet National food production have dropped by 25% which is a combative threat to the growing economy. The question remain, when exactly will the resounding jump in the macro economy reflect on the standard of living of the people. This index is a vindictive indicator of recession in view. Now the question remain how can this be corrected or managed in the long run. We need an economy the can impact positively on the citizenry on the country. This is a fight that our Leaders must be prepared to combat with every seeming tools and strategy, I have always maintain that every tragedy is a strategy in disguise. Can anyone decode exactly this and rise up to the challenge at the moment.
